Why Do Most Kids Hate Mathematics? By Chris Onyishi

see loyamilk promo Most kids who fear mathematics do so for so many reasons amongst which are: a) Ignorance b) Hatred c) Laziness But the truth is that any rational thinker is a good mathematician and any good mathematician is a rational thinker. The above statement is represented in mathematics as corollary or inverse and these are terms we use casually on daily basis. That we are casually being mathematicians on daily basis is what it turns out to be. If the reasons I gave above for people hating mathematics is true, then mathematically you say that my list is a SET of why people fear mathematics. If there are other reasons, such as Lack of mathematical models, lack of mathematics teachers, etc then mathematically you say that the SET is a SUBSET of reasons; do not mind my interchange of “fear” and “hate”. You can bring the two SETs together into one bigger SET with a merger tool call UNION. But if there could be no other reasons people fear mathematics, then you express that mathematically by saying that the SET is a SUPERSET which means the SET has covered all possible reasons, at the time, that make people fear the subject mathematics. VIRGINITY 'TEST' IN SCHOOLS.

see more on Africa cup of Nations The Punch, Monday, January 28, 2013 on page 4, had a story of a principal of Ajuwon Senior High School, Rev. Olufunke Aladeojobi at Ogun State, was said to have on December 10, 2012, carried out virginity test on a group of 10 pupils. During the test, it was alleged that the Principal, the school nurse, Mrs. M.B. Makinde, and another nurse dipped their fingers into the student’s private parts. But the matter got out of hand when one of the pupils started bleeding after she had been ‘tested’. Presently, the Ogun State government and the police are at the top of the issue. However, my question is— should school management carry out virginity test on our girls? Please leave me with your opinion by commenting.
